For individual rentals for 1 court within 60 days please follow the instructions below to book directly on the site:
You can search availability either on the calendar or using the search function (magnifying glass).
1. Login or create an account. Click on the Login button in the top right corner of the page. Use your email address and the password you created to login.
2. Select the facility in the upper left of the website you would like to rent
3. Select a date from the calendar in the middle
4. In the upper left, change Single Court to MultiView Court to see all space for the facility.
5. Select court (court abbreviations below)
6. Click and drag on the available time slot you want to book on the calendar. If you have questions click on the ? on the left.
PVB = Practice Volleyball Court
CVB = Competition Volleyball Court (VB court on a basketball court with ref stands)
BB = Basketball court
7. Fill out details:
*Court & Times - make sure you have the court or courts types you want (see abbreviations above) and check your start and end time are correct
- specific court number placement is not guaranteed and is subject to change without notice at the sole discretion of ASC. Times – make sure your start and end times are correct
*Event Type - Select how will you be using the court
*Event Name - Put the name in that you and anyone else coming will be looking for the reservation under
*Descriptions - Add any details we should know in the description.
- IF YOU ARE BOOKING PRIVATE LESSON AS A COACH: put the player's name you are working with and the net height (12’s, women’s, men’s)
- IF YOU ARE BOOKING PRIVATE LESSON AS A PARENT/PLAYER: put the name of the coach you are working with and the net height (12’s, women’s, men’s))
*Rental Policy - Read the Rental policy carefully and click on I agree
*click request now.
This puts your space on hold. Our goal is to respond to all booking requests within 2 business days.
Your space is not confirmed until payment is received. We will call you for payment or send you an invoice to pay online prior to your rental. If you have a credit card on file we will charge it at the time of accepting your request (Note no refund policy within 30 days).
You will receive a confirmation by email once your space is paid. Bring your payment confirmation with you at time of your rental. If you do not have a payment confirmation you do not have court space, so please do not show up at the facility.
